These terms apply to anyone who requests a free preview from RelaunchWithAI, purchases any of our services, or uses this website. RelaunchWithAI is operated by Jarrod Ploof, based in Hartford, CT. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
We redesign websites for local businesses using AI-assisted tools combined with human review and polish. Our three tiers are:
AI-generated redesign delivered as a downloadable HTML file. Includes 1 round of revisions.
AI redesign with human polish, real photos embedded where available, delivered as a downloadable HTML file. Includes 3 rounds of revisions. Most popular.
Everything in Standard plus full launch — domain setup, hosting configuration, and SSL. Includes 5 rounds of revisions.
Monthly add-ons (hosting, SEO, etc.) are separate services with their own billing and cancellation terms described below.
The free preview is exactly that — free. We generate a preview of a redesigned website at no cost and with no obligation. Requesting a preview does not create a contract or commit you to purchasing anything. If you decide not to proceed, you owe us nothing.
Payment is due in full before we begin production work on your site. We accept payment via the link provided at time of purchase.
We do not begin the polished, deliverable version of your site until payment is confirmed. The free preview is not the deliverable — it is a demonstration of direction only.
Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds (1, 3, or 5 depending on the plan). A revision round means one batch of feedback submitted at one time — not one change per round.
Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests after that window are not covered under the original purchase and may be quoted separately.
Revision requests that fundamentally change the scope of the project (new brand, entirely different industry, full content replacement) are outside the scope of a revision and will be quoted as additional work.
We aim to deliver completed sites within 24–48 hours of payment for Starter and Standard tiers. Premium launches (which include domain and hosting setup) typically take 3–5 business days depending on domain registrar response times.
Delivery timelines assume you provide the necessary content and feedback promptly. Delays caused by slow client response are not our responsibility.
Because our work is custom and begins immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds once production has started.
If we haven't started your project yet and you want to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of payment and we'll issue a full refund. After that window, we cannot guarantee a refund as work may already be underway.
If you're unhappy with the result, use your revision rounds — that's what they're for. We want you to be happy with what you receive.
Once you've paid in full and we've delivered your site, the website files are yours. You own them outright. You can host them wherever you want, modify them, hand them to another developer, or do anything else you choose.
Until full payment is received, we retain ownership of all work produced.
To do our best work, we need accurate information from you. By purchasing our services, you confirm that:
Our monthly add-ons (hosting, Local SEO, GEO/AI search visibility) are billed month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts.
You can cancel monthly services at any time by emailing hello@relaunchwith.ai. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.
We may discontinue or change pricing for monthly services with 30 days' notice.
We build websites. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes — more calls, more leads, higher search rankings, or increased revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Our Local SEO add-on is designed to improve your local search presence, but we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or timelines. Search engines make their own decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RelaunchWithAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
